The holidays are right around the corner and you're probably wondering what to get your best friend, Secret Santa-ee, or that special someone. Consider this as just a guide, not a rule-book, if you can't decide which gifts to get.
You don't have to go overboard on gifts for your gift-exchange or Secret Santa at school. Stuffed animals, scarf sets, fragrance sets, Pillow Pets, baked goods such as cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and those cute hot chocolate mixes in holiday mugs work fantastic.
Even the Candy Grams, available in room C-3, are a great idea. The $1 grams have a candy cane and a card and the $2 gram is a small stocking with a card, mini candy-canes and Hershey Kisses. Honestly, it's the thought that counts.
And there's the tough 'What-Should-I-Get-My-Significant-Other' dilemma. For young couples, those who have been dating for fewer than six months, don't go for the expensive jewelry. Try not to scare your new girlfriend/boyfriend away by getting her/him something extravagant. Pillow Pets, framed pictures, nerf guns, Legos, or even a bag with candy, popcorn, and a few DVDs would make an awesome date-night. Plus, it's totally adorable. For serious couples, I can't be much help. You know your significant other well more than I do. Get them something personal and meaningful, or something you guys could do together.
Don't forget that these are ideas for those who can't think of a gift. The important thing is that you're in the gift-giving spirit and you're being kind enough to even get them something. Happy holidays, everyone!
