Felix became a teacher by getting a bachelor of science degree in human services and a master's degree in special education at the University of the Pacific. Her credential is for mild/moderate disabilities.
The reason why Felix decided to come to Foothill is because of the diversity. She wanted to work with a variety of ethnicities and socio economic levels.
