Daniel Cisneros grew up in California’s central valley. He is Latin American and has a big family.
He went to UC Davis and got two Bachelor’s degree and going into law but at the time he was working at a school and changed his mind. He realized that he likes to work with young adults so we went to Sac State and got his Master’s in counseling.
He has worked at a charter school in north Sacramento, Norwood Middle School and Grant High School.
After Grant he came to Foothill High. He decided to come here because it is very similar to his school he went to and he really wanted to keep working in the Twin Rivers Unified School District.
“My favorite colors are orange and black, Go Giants!!” said Cisneros, who is a big San Francisco Giants fan.
Cisneros is only here Thursday and Fridays, the rest of the days he works at a different location.
“I am the club advisor of the best club of the whole school, Friday Night Live,” he said. And he was also on his school’s yearbook staff.
