The week of October 22-26, seven of my family members and I all went to Disneyland, California Adventure, and Universal Studios. We all drove down to Los Angeles. The car ride down there took eight hours. We left at 5am and got there about 12pm-1pm. Going to Anaheim, my little brother did not know where we were going. This being both my little brother and my first time to Disneyland we wanted to surprise him. When he found out what we were in Anaheim for he got super excited.
On the first day in Los Angeles, we did Disneyland for 15 hours, 15 rides that day. While we were at Disneyland, my little brother went on his first roller coaster at the age of 11. He hated and feared it before, but after the ride, he loved it and asked to do it again many times throughout the day. My favorite ride that day was Space Mountain.
Day two at California adventure we spent nine hours from 9am-6pm. That day we did seven rides. California Adventure we walked less but we were all so tired from the day before. But we still all had fun. My favorite ride that day was Radiator Springs, which is based off of the movie Cars.
Day three at Universal Studios we spent nine hours from 10am-6pm. For our last day we did eight rides. Universal Studios is smaller than Disneyland, so it was a lot less walking. While we were at Universal Studios we did the Harry Potter rides and we walked through the town from the movies. Our way home on Saturday was only six hours. On our way home my brother and I talked a lot about what were our favorite things on this trip. Some of my favorite things at Disneyland were the rides and all the Lilo and Stitch stuff, because I’m a big fan of those movies. At California Adventure my favorite thing was the rides because they were more movie based. At Universal Studios my favorite was Harry Potter. My brothers favorite parts were the rides too because he had never been on a roller coaster till we went on this trip. Overall my whole family had a great time and it will always be something to remember with all the great memories we all made together.
I can’t wait to go back even though I have no idea when that will be. As of last week though I’m able to say that I’ve officially been to Disneyland, California Adventure and, Universal Studios.
